Hinton Construction is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Denver, CO
Construction Project Manager needed for a podium apartment project in Denver, CO. Desired traits:
- 7 years previous experience as a construction project manager.
- Must have at least 3-4 years of multifamily experience.
- Experience with podium projects is a huge plus
- Candidate must have experience with Excel Spreadsheets, AIA Application for Payment documents, Procore construction software, construction scheduling, RFI's, Submittals, etc.
- Experience with Asta Power Project scheduling software is a plus
- Attitude and approach are just as important as experience. We desire to hire someone that is a proactive, solutions-based leader.
We are looking for elite talent that has the ability to manage a large multifamily podium project. We have a Denver office and would expect you to work from that corporate office and from the job site as needed. Promotion to an executive position is possible. Hinton Construction has a large pipeline of work in the Denver Metropolitan area and plans to be in this market permanently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
